Offline AI Model Download

Offline AI is optional. To use supported on-device summaries, open Settings in WristMark, download the local AI model, and wait until the model status shows that it is ready. The initial download requires internet access and sufficient free storage.

• If the download fails, check your connection, keep the app open, and try again.
• If storage is low, free device storage or remove the local AI model before re-downloading.
• After the model is installed, supported summary tasks can run on device without sending meeting audio or transcripts to WristMark servers.
• You can continue using your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint instead of offline AI if you prefer.

Privacy and Data

Speech transcription runs on device through Apple's system speech technology. Audio files are not uploaded to WristMark servers. If you configure a third-party AI endpoint, transcript text and meeting context are sent directly to the endpoint you choose.
