WristMark Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription. The subscription period, price, and features are displayed in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time. No cancellation is effective for the current active subscription period.
This app is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
By downloading or using the WristMark app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to us.
WristMark relies on local storage to preserve your recordings and transcriptions securely on your device. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device wiping, accidental deletions, or OS issues. Please back up your important sessions regularly through iCloud.
You may elect to configure custom API endpoints (e.g. OpenAI/DeepSeek). We do not control these services and you use such third-party APIs at your own risk. Respect the terms of service established by those API providers.
WristMark may allow you to download optional local AI model files for on-device summarization. Model downloads may be large, require sufficient device storage and network connectivity, and may be removed or re-downloaded from within the app where supported. Third-party model files may be subject to their own open-source or provider license terms.
AI-generated summaries, titles, classifications, or transcript edits may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it and for ensuring that your recordings, transcripts, and summaries are used lawfully and with any required consent.
